Ecofriends Trading OÜ is an online digital studio registered in Tallinn, Estonia. We work entirely remotely with founders, marketing leads and operations managers across the European Union.

We don't chase trends. We turn unclear digital problems into calm, budgeted plans — and then ship them, end to end. From a single landing page to a multi-store e-commerce platform, every project is built on honest scoping, transparent reporting and code we're happy to hand over.

    A free 45-minute call, followed (if it's a fit) by a short fixed-fee discovery. You leave with a written scope, a clear estimate and an architecture you can show your board.

    Design

    Wireframes, visual direction and a small, opinionated design system. We test the look on real content and real devices — not just pixel-perfect mockups.

  3. 03

    Build

    Two-week sprints, weekly demos, a staging environment from day one. We integrate with your CRM, ERP, payment and email tools as we go — not in a panicked final week.

What kind of projects do you take on?

Mid-complexity engagements where craft and judgement matter — corporate websites, e-commerce platforms, brand systems, rescue projects and long-term technical partnerships. We avoid throwaway template work and pure body-leasing.

Who do you work with?

We work with SMEs, scale-ups and product teams across the EU — especially in retail, hospitality, B2B services, logistics and digital-first product companies. Everything we do is delivered online, so location is never a blocker.

How does an engagement usually start?

With a short message describing your situation, followed by a free 45-minute call. If it's a fit, we propose a fixed-fee discovery (1–3 weeks) that produces a design direction, an architecture and a clear estimate. Only after that do we discuss long-term delivery.

How do you handle data protection and GDPR?

Every engagement is GDPR-aware from day one: data classification, role separation, encrypted storage, audited backups and signed Data Processing Agreements where applicable. EU-only hosting is the default.

Do you offer ongoing support after launch?

Yes — monthly support retainers with response-time SLAs, scheduled maintenance windows and a clear ticket pipeline. You can also keep the code and host elsewhere; we won't lock you in to make support feel mandatory.

Where are you based and which languages do you work in?

We're a fully online studio registered in Tallinn, Estonia. All projects are delivered remotely across the European Union — there are no offices to visit and no on-site work. Project communication is comfortable in English, Estonian and Russian over email and video calls.
